Alphaletz is a modern property management software made to help busy landlords with multiple rental properties, property managers and letting agents save time and money. With founders and investors who are portfolio landlords themselves, Alphaletz had a unique advantage right away. The prototype was built in 2017 along with market research to ensure that the users would love the product.
